Meet the Jury

The winners of the design contest are selected by a jury of high-profile experts from BMW Group and experts in the fields of automotive transportation. An expert evaluation as well as the community evaluation will support the jury members in making their decision yet do not have direct influence on the determination of the winning designs.

Joerg Reimann

Senior Consultant for Marketing and Sales,
BMW Group

Joerg Reimann is responsible for Marketing for the so called "project i". He holds a university degree in economics. After several years with KPMG he joined BMW Group Inhouse Consulting as Senior Consultant for Marketing and Sales followed by taking responsibility for the Marketing Innovations department. Before joining "project i" he was heading Brand Management MINI in the Italian market.

Dr. Josef Koester

Head of Customer Foresight,
BMW Group

Dr. Josef Koester holds a university degree and a doctorate, both in social sciences, and joined the BMW Group in 2002. He has extensive experience in the automotive industry with market research focuses amongst others in trend scouting and consumer behavior. Since 2008 he is head of Customer Foresight at the BMW Group.

Marc Winterhoff

Director of Global Automotive & Manufacturing Practice,
Arthur D. Little

Marc Winterhoff is director of the global Automotive & Manufacturing practice at Arthur D. Little. He is an expert for the automotive industry with consultancy focuses on growth strategies, business model innovations as well as innovation and operative excellence in the area of marketing & sales. He is the author of multiple studies on the future of the automotive industry, amongst others "Future of Mobility 2020“ in which a transformation of the automotive market to a mobility market is predicted. Marc Winterhoff is a much sought-after speaker on renowned events - especially concerning mobility topics.
